Apps For Dyslexia and Learning Disabilities

I reached out recently to Dr. Joanne Pierson over at the fantastic U Michigan DyslexiaHelp website about our app and am thrilled to say that she replied that they’d be happy to add it to their catalogue of apps for dyslexia and learning disabilities. The catalogue is a great collection of “tips and ideas, activities, materials, website links, and other resources for dyslexics“. Their fabulous web strategist, Serena Sabuda, just sent me the link to the listing:

and the great news that they’re blasting it all over social. It’s listed under two topics, Reading and Phonics, and for the age groups Middle School, High School, College and Adult.

In case you’re not familiar with this excellent website, let me share a short excerpt from their Welcome page:

DyslexiaHelp is designed to help you understand and learn about dyslexia and language disability…Our goal is to help individuals with dyslexia, as well as parents, employers, and professionals of all kinds who have the privilege to work with dyslexics gain new understandings about dyslexia and language disability, including current research findings and how to design intervention contexts based on best practices.
